Nutmoo is as versatile as it is delicious, and can replace milk in any recipe.  Below are some ideas that might inspire you.  Send your recipes and ideas to Lauren to share with the growing Nutmoo community!



Take with your morning vitamins to reap the benefits of oil-soluble nutrients.

Creamsicle

"I love to mix equal parts Nutmoo with carrot juice for a deliciously rich drink.  I call it the Creamsicle, because the taste reminds me of the ice cream treat that I used to eat as a kid.  Any flavor Nutmoo will work, but I particularly like Macadamia."

Smoothies
Add frozen fruit to Nutmoo and blend in a blender.  The drink becomes thick and sweet.  Adding a little bit of agave nectar will sweeten up the drink.

Creamer
Add Nutmoo to coffee and tea for a healthy non-dairy creamer.

White Russian
Combine 1 part vodka, 1 part kahlua, and 1 part Nutmoo. We prefer hazelnut.

Chocolate Milk
Add carob or chocolate powder to make a quick and tasty chocolate milk.  The powder can be added right to the bottle for easy shaking.


Curries
Nutmoo makes delicious curries.  Try pumpkin seed Nutmoo instead of coconut milk.
 

Flan, Muffins, Pancakes, Waffles
Use your regular recipes but substitute Nutmoo for milk or cream.  Try pine nut Nutmoo to make a savory and delicious flan.

 

Moocicles
Mix fruit and double-cream Moo and freeze in popsicle holders for a refreshing treat.

Panna Cotta
Substitute double-cream Nutmoo for cream in panna cotta recipes.  Delicious!
