Nutmoo is the essence of the nut with everything removed but the juices and essential oils. Mixed with purified water and a touch of sweet agave nectar, it has a rich, silky flavor that is light on the palate and resembles nothing so much as fresh milk.

Living with a strict diet (no dairy, no wheat and watch the sugar) is limiting, but limitation can spark great creative energy and my years of experimenting finally paid off.  From the first taste of my homemade walnut milk poured over crispy rice cereal topped with a sliced banana, I was hooked and I couldn't wait to share this delight with everyone.  So Nutmoo was born.

All eight Nutmoos are made by first soaking the raw organic nuts/seeds in filtered water.  Once drained, they are then put through a powerful blender with a proportionate amount of water. The mixture is strained through a fine mesh, lightly sweetened with agave nectar and a pinch of Celtic sea salt and, voila, Nutmoo is yours to enjoy straight up or in its many (and growing) manifestations. Kept refrigerated, Nutmoo keeps its freshness for 5-7 days.
